The R&D and Innovation Centre of a global food brand in the Science Park uses Ametek Brookfield CTX texture analyzer and High-end Rheometer (which Mecomb is a distributor of) in the quality control process for their research of new products in confectionary, bakery, dairy and frozen desserts. The equipment enables the ingredient formulations to be replicated in high degree of accuracy, to ensure that the look and feel of the end products are uniform across different production facilities.
