The Quincy QGS series is an economically priced rotary screw compressor package that can be used in a wide range of applications. All QGS units from 5 horsepower to 30 horsepower are belt driven and include an auto tensioning device that provides ease of maintenance and long belt life. All QGS units from 40 horsepower to 100 horsepower come with a gear driven transmission. The models can be configured as basic units or can be equipped with some basic options to best fit your application. All QGS models have quick change filter and separator designs that minimize downtime and reduce labor costs associated with machine maintenance. They also have extremely low sound ratings allowing the machines to be placed close to the manufacturing floor.
The QSI Series is a rotary screw compressor that combines around-the-clock dependability with one of the most efficient airends in the industry. Oversized rotors, low RPM, and the patented Power$ync controller option, ensures maximum air production using minimal horsepower which equals bottom line productivity. While rated at 100 PSIG full load pressure as standard, the QSI series can also be operated at 110 PSIG without increasing the motor size. Oversized coolers allow continuous operation in ambient temperatures up to 115 degrees F. The QSI is an extremely versatile package that can be specially modified to meet almost any individual requirement. The Quincy QGD series is a high performance rotary screw compressor package that can be used in a wide range of applications. All QGD units from 15 horsepower to 60 horsepower feature industry leading efficiency and serviceability. The models can be configured as basic units or can be equipped with some basic options to best fit your application. All QGD models have low sound levels, small footprint and the lowest total cost of ownership in the industry.
